Jenn Busch joined Guaranty Bank & Trust in October 2023 and is a recent graduate of the Guaranty Leadership Program. She brings over 32 years of experience in both retail and commercial banking. Jenn started her banking career as a note teller in Lufkin, TX before moving to the Dallas area where she spent the next 15 years building her banking career. Her specialty became opening de-novo locations for various community banks. Jenn moved to Austin in 2010, and how resides in the Lake Travis area with her husband and son. Jenn currently serves as Chair to the Board of Directors for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce. In her 9 years of involvement with the LTCC, she has served in multiple roles including Secretary and Leadership Lake Travis Chair. Jenn is an active volunteer in her community and supports a number of organizations. She was recently asked to serve on an advisory committee for the Lake Travis Independent School District. In her spare time you can find her at the ballpark watching her son play baseball or driving UTV’s with friends and family. Jenn is a native Texan from the Houston area, but loves spending time in the Colorado Rockies.
